Key points

The video opens with the puzzle of why a man who runs one of the most powerful companies in the world needs to build himself a bunker. 0:11
The client admires the architect's work yet says he does not like the design for this project and wants the structure turned into a proper studio. 0:00
The planned structure is said to be unable to take a window looking straight onto the garden, which puts a practical limit on the design. 0:34
The neighbours say they love the area, and one recalls it was nice because people looked out for each other, so the project is seen as a threat to that. 0:42
The architect argues that things last when they are treated as fragile and handled with care, and that seeming solid can make something more likely to break. 0:57

Trailer beats

Fragility and solidity — A reflective exchange about things lasting when they are treated as fragile, and breaking when they are perceived as solid. 0:50
Something that will last — The trailer closes on the line about building something that will last, over the title card and intense music. 1:13

Frames worth a pause

Kitchen with wooden stools — A modern kitchen with a white island, carved wooden stools and a red wall, where a man leans and a woman stands.
